These pads fit into any moisture barrier pant. They are highly absorbent and have excellent retention capacity for holding large amounts of fluids. 2020A have longer tails to be placed in the elastic loop in the front of the washable pant. 3022 has adhesive to secure in washable pant. Pads do not have a built-in moisture barrier. Latex-free.
